About this role
Role Overview
support the Asset Manager across all aspects of asset performance, including financial management, compliance, risk, and commercial activities
ensure accurate reporting, clear stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of tools and processes
coordinate financial activities, managing compliance structures, and supporting asset‑level oversight in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders
prepare and maintain compliance and record‑keeping for commercial contracts, regulatory requirements, and service agreements
coordinate communication structures to share accurate asset information with internal and external stakeholders
develop and maintain working documents, tools, and onboarding/offboarding materials
assist with risk management and optimisation activities across assigned assets
contribute to cross‑team process improvements and portfolio‑wide tool development
Requirements
have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or finance, or equivalent experience
demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including comfort engaging with a broad range of topics
communicate commercial concepts clearly and confidently across stakeholders
are proficient in Microsoft Office and structured in your approach to organising information
thrive building relationships and collaborating across functions, cultures, and markets
are comfortable working with autonomy, managing ambiguity, and driving tasks to completion
