Partner closely with Account Executives to support enterprise sales opportunities that require pilot programs or deeper product validation
Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise pilot programs, including kickoff, timelines, success criteria, and evaluation milestones
Lead onboarding and training to ensure practice teams can effectively adopt the Anagram platform
Provide workflow guidance and operational support to help practices integrate Anagram into existing processes
Monitor pilot progress and keep programs aligned with deal timelines and customer decision milestones
Drive engagement across clinical, operational, and billing stakeholders throughout the pilot
Demonstrate operational and financial value to support conversion of successful pilots into long-term customers
Gather feedback from pilot participants and share insights with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams
Document pilot outcomes and develop repeatable processes to improve future enterprise pilot success
Play a critical role in the sales organization by helping convert enterprise pilots into closed deals, with performance incentives tied to successful pilot outcomes and revenue impact
Requirements
Experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation, or Technical Customer Success role
Experience supporting SaaS sales processes, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept implementations
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple customer pilots simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience leading client onboarding, training, or product adoption initiatives
Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, practical solutions for customers
Comfort collaborating closely with Sales teams to support deal progression
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
