A relevant design qualification (Fashion, Textiles, Graphics, Industrial Design, Footwear).
5+ years experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail or supply.
Strong Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD) and software skills (GBSS, Centric).
Deep product development knowledge across fabrics, materials and construction.
The ability to juggle multiple product types with style and precision.
Exceptional taste — colour, materials, composition, storytelling.
Strong presentation and influencing skills.
Emerging leadership capability and a love for working at speed.
