Develop and deliver high-quality design for marketing content and collateral, including external communications, presentations, sales support materials, and workshop experiences.
Translate strategic marketing plans into visually compelling campaigns, concepts, templates, and creative assets.
Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Manage design projects end-to-end, including attending briefings, interpreting requirements, and managing feedback loops.
Collaborate to ensure timely and effective delivery of creative assets.
Track key metrics and produce reports and infographics to support the communication of insights and performance.
Support broader marketing initiatives and provide design expertise as required.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Approximately 5 years’ professional experience in a marketing design role within an industrial, FMCG, or agency environment.
Proven portfolio demonstrating design work across print, digital, and physical brand experiences.
Experience working within brand guidelines and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design supports commercial outcomes.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
