Assistant Engineer – Purchase

Role Overview

• Purchase Executive manages an organization's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality acquisition of goods and services.
• Key responsibilities include vendor selection, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and tracking inventory levels.
• Maintain records, analyze market trends, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, negotiate contract terms, and build lasting relationships.
• Procurement & Ordering: Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders (POs), and manage the purchasing lifecycle, including tracking deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and assist with demand forecasting.
• Cost & Quality Optimization: Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs, review product quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements, while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.
