Provide comprehensive advice to our industrial and commercial clients
Review existing insurance policies and identify opportunities for optimization
Negotiate with insurers, service providers and expert surveyors on behalf of our clients
Prepare and process tenders and participate in contract drafting and contract management
Support claims management
Maintain and document relevant customer and contract data in our CRM system
Requirements
Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or insurance clerk, a related university degree, or a comparable insurance qualification
Professional experience in insurance internal sales and in advising industrial and commercial clients
Structured and meticulous working style with a strong service and customer focus
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
