About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for providing smooth administrative support to the Head of Public Relations and Communications.
Support for departmental projects.
Assist in developing campaign concepts.
Organize and coordinate appointments, conferences and travel.
Coordinate travel, bookings and expense reconciliation.
Prepare, and follow up on presentations.
Perform evaluations and produce analyses.
General administrative duties.
Requirements
Completed vocational training, professional experience (or equivalent qualification).
Very good proficiency with MS Office programs.
Experience in public relations and/or marketing.
Excellent German skills and good English skills.
Organizational talent, a sense of responsibility, team spirit, and clear, friendly communication skills.
