lotus823 is seeking a strategic, motivated, and experienced Senior Account Executive (SAE) to lead client campaigns across public relations, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, and content development. The SAE will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client relationships, leading campaign execution, and mentoring junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts and lead account activities
- Manage the development and execution of integrated campaigns across PR, digital, influencer, and social channels
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure campaigns stay on track and achieve client goals
- Lead internal and client meetings including agendas, recaps, and activity reporting
- Identify opportunities for expanding client partnerships and improving campaign performance
- Develop and execute strategic media outreach campaigns to secure meaningful coverage for clients
- Leverage and maintain a strong network of media contacts across the technology, consumer tech, and home/housewares media landscape
- Identify and secure product placement opportunities, reviews, and editorial features across relevant media outlets
- Build and manage media lists and proactively identify new media opportunities
- Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, thought leadership articles, and other PR content
- Monitor media coverage and analyze results to inform future strategies
- Lead the development and execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client strategy
- Develop campaign messaging and content plans across social, influencer, and owned channels
- Manage influencer identification, outreach, partnerships, and campaign performance tracking
- Oversee the creation of content including blogs, social posts, campaign messaging, and case studies
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients on social media trends, content opportunities, and audience engagement strategies
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels while collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
- Develop campaign strategies that align PR, digital marketing, and social media efforts to maximize results
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and client reporting
- Ensure all campaign elements are aligned with overall client strategy, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing opportunities relevant to client industries
- Conduct research to identify new media opportunities, campaign ideas, and partnership opportunities
- Contribute to strategy development and campaign planning
- Mentor and support junior team members including Account Executives, Assistant Account Executives, and Account Coordinators
- Delegate work appropriately and help guide team members in executing client deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic ideas to strengthen client campaigns
Requirements:
- 5+ years of public relations, communications, marketing or related experience (agency required)
- BA or BS in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading integrated marketing campaigns
- Established network of media contacts and strong media relations experience within the technology, consumer tech, and home/housewares industries
- Excellent writing and editing skills across multiple content formats
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members preferred
