Work with the Group Treasurer and Director Captive Finance to create and execute a roadmap for expanding our internal consumer finance offering across all Autohero markets
Develop actionable project plans to enter new markets, reflecting a strong understanding of competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, operational needs and credit risk for each market
Build relationships with external partners to build the best digital financing product
Lead and communicate new market entry projects across multiple internal stakeholders including in-market management, tech development, legal, finance and risk

Bachelor degree from a top-tier university in business, finance, economics or similar or equivalent bank training
At least 3 years relevant work experience in fintech start-ups or financial services
Strong results/goal orientation, a willingness to evolve and problem solve, initiativ, a passion to "make things happen"
Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and project management, experience with VBA and Redash are beneficial
Fluent communicator in English and one other language
