Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 6 employees
Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
Management of liquidity planning and cash management
Preparation of reporting and provision of decision-relevant management information
Further development of controlling processes, budgeting and investment planning (including DRG and KHG framework conditions)
Close collaboration with executive management, hospital management, the billing department and external auditors

Completed degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on Controlling/Finance, or a comparable qualification as a finance and accounting specialist with professional experience
Experience in a hospital's finance or accounting department is desirable
Confident user of ERP systems and Excel
Knowledge of hospital law (e.g., KHEntgG, SGB V) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
