Orchestrate a broad ecosystem of internal teams, external SaaS vendors, and academic partners
Lead initiatives to improve product management processes and tools
Develop multi-year financial forecasts and strategic plans in collaboration with operations leads

Extensive, advanced experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products
Substantial background in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary technical teams
Strong understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle
Familiar with modern software architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms), data science, and AI/ML concepts
Highly familiar with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FAIR data principles, GDPR)
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to translate high-level business and scientific goals into a concrete product vision
