Own the end-to-end execution of curriculum-aligned education content production for Indonesia
Work closely with the Education Lead Indonesia
Collaborate with global education and content teams based in the US and AU
Coordinate with local educators, reviewers, and external contributors
Progress education content acquisition initiatives
Track delivery and curriculum coverage through regular audits and production planning

3–5 years of experience in content production, education programs, or project management
Strong understanding of the Indonesian K–12 curriculum and classroom realities
Proven experience managing end-to-end content production
Experience working with internal teams, local educators, reviewers, and external contributors or vendors
Highly organised and execution-focused
Ability to operate well with ambiguity and take ownership
Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment around content quality
Clear and reliable communication with stakeholders
