About this role
Role Overview
- Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, build rapport with property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Work from home includes reviewing sales route, prep calls, and minimal admin work
- Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
Requirements
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No prior industry or sales experience is required—training will be provided
