Altinity, Inc. is a leading provider of enterprise-grade ClickHouse solutions, working with engineering and data teams for production analytics. They are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate growth by qualifying leads and generating meetings for Sales Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead follow-up & qualification
- Respond to new inbound signups and leads fast (speed is critical)
- Qualify opportunities and route them to the appropriate Sales Director
- Identify high-intent prospects and escalate quickly
- Meeting generation
- Book discovery calls and technical introductions for Sales Directors
- Maintain consistent pipeline flow from inbound and outbound efforts
- Multi-channel outreach
- Run coordinated outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and event follow-ups
- Overcome delivery obstacles (spam blocks, bounced emails) using alternative channels
- Build personalized outreach based on account research
- Outbound campaigns
- Execute structured outbound campaigns targeting ICP accounts
- Support account-based outreach in collaboration with Sales Directors
- Experimentation & optimization
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, call scripts, and LinkedIn approaches
- Analyze performance metrics and report weekly insights
- Continuously refine sequences based on data
- Marketing collaboration
- Provide structured feedback on messaging, lead sources, forms, and events
- Coordinate 'hot lead' routing and retargeting audiences with Marketing
- Help improve lead scoring and qualification criteria
- CRM & data hygiene (HubSpot)
- Maintain clean and accurate records
- Ensure required fields, deal values, next steps, and due dates are consistently updated
- Track activities and ensure pipeline integrity
