Monitor and analyse regulatory developments, legislative reforms, regulatory guidance, enforcement actions, and relevant case law within financial services compliance.
Assess the impact of regulatory change on existing content and plan timely updates, enhancements, or rewrites.
Draft, edit, and structure regulatory compliance content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and practical usability for customers.
Ensure content is kept current through regular reviews, scheduled updates, and reactive change management.
Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio, including target market, authors, positioning, structure, and development needs.
Implement subject matter knowledge and customer insights to deliver content that ensures currency, relevance, and accessibility across products.
Identify and implement plans to harvest, refresh, or discontinue underperforming modules.
Develop and communicate the value proposition of all modules within the portfolio.
Support new content development proposals and the implementation of new content and titles within financial services and adjacent practice areas and/or jurisdictions.
Requirements
Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
3–4 years’ experience in content development, legal publishing, regulatory compliance, or a related role.
Prior experience in financial services regulatory compliance is mandatory.
Strong drafting and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory material into clear, practical content.
Good understanding of publishing workflows, editorial processes, and content management systems.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-changing regulatory environment.
