About this role
Role Overview
In this role you are the commercial backbone of our cluster.
You are responsible for strategic new-customer acquisition and you steer our sales activities based on data.
Active B2B new-client acquisition (MICE & Corporate) – independent, targeted & strategic.
Analysis-based reacquisition – reviving lost contacts & unlocking revenue potential.
Responsibility for proposals and contract negotiations, particularly framework agreements.
CRM-driven sales work – careful lead management & systematic follow-up.
Sales reporting & KPI management – your decisions are based on data, not gut feeling.
Market & competitor analyses – identifying new opportunities, target groups and industry trends.
Strategic input on pricing and offer strategy in collaboration with Revenue and Executive Management.
Mentoring & know‑how transfer – supporting your colleagues in cluster sales.
Requirements
Completed hotel management training or a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or Business Administration (Sales/Marketing).
At least 5 years of sales experience in the hotel/MICE sector, ideally in a cluster or multi-property environment.
Proven successes in acquisition, contract negotiations and client retention.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Opera Sales & Catering or similar).
Experience in sales controlling, KPI evaluation and data analysis.
Negotiation-level German and English skills (spoken & written).
