Role Overview
- Oversee multiple local sites ensuring smooth operation
- Manage and oversee locations to meet high maintenance standards
- Conduct morning briefings with the team
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred
- Multi-Site Experience is a Must!
