About this role

Serve as a subject matter expert for Time Tracking, Attendance, Absence Management, Scheduling, and Payroll modules
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration, workflows, and functional designs
Lead or support configuration activities, including rules setup, accrual calculations, etc.
Understand business requirements, timelines, and dependencies to deliver solutions
Participate in or lead project phases including plan, design, build, testing, and deployment
Conduct system demos, prototypes, and configuration walkthroughs with stakeholders

3+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management
Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design → go‑live)
Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements
Experience with Workday API/web services
Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
