Acting as the primary finance partner for the UK&I cost base, embedding yourself in daily operations
Providing high ‑ quality cost analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost ‑ base planning activities
Delivering clear financial reporting and commentary for operational and functional teams
Evaluating investment decisions and commercial spend to support value creation
Building strong relationships across stakeholders and leading cost ‑ focused discussions
Driving a robust controls environment across UK&I
Requirements
ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, or at finalist level and actively progressing toward completion.
Solid management accounting experience
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influencing non ‑ finance colleagues
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
Strong communication skills and the skills to operate in a dynamic, matrix environment
Experience with SAP, OneStream or Power BI (desirable, not essential).
