Role Overview
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, evaluate member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay current on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices in the field
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Proficiency in French required
- Knowledge of current financial, economic, political, and legislative developments
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
- Familiarity with policies, legislation, and standards related to the products and services offered by the caisse
- Techniques for assessing and monitoring individual financing applications
