Producing accurate, high quality performance reports and Power BI dashboards for internal and external audiences
Analysing operational, commercial and commissioner data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements
Turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders
Supporting improvements in data quality, consistency and reporting standards
Working collaboratively across teams to embed a strong, data driven culture
Contributing to the development of new KPIs, analytical approaches and smarter ways of working

Significant experience in a data, reporting or insight role
Advanced Power BI skills and strong Excel capability
Experience working with CRM or operational data systems
The ability to communicate insight clearly and confidently
A proactive, improvement focused approach and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Experience in healthcare, commissioning or complex operational environments is beneficial, but not essential.
