Line manage and develop two Data Analysts, helping to embed best practice and build analytical capability across the team

Advanced Power BI skills (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design)
SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets
Experience designing and interpreting KPIs and producing insight for senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data storytelling skills
Experience leading, managing or mentoring analysts
Ability to work with complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities
Evidence of continuous professional development in analytics, Power BI or performance improvement
