Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, ensuring Sprint Planning sessions reflect realistic capacity and clear objectives grounded in operational priorities.
Work closely with the Product Manager/Owner to confirm backlog readiness, ensuring stories are sufficiently detailed before entering a sprint.
Monitor delivery health using metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, and unplanned work percentage.
Actively protect sprint integrity while coordinating appropriate channels for reprioritization outside of sprint boundaries.
Identify impediments related to data access, integration constraints, security reviews, model validation processes, or cross-team dependencies, and work with Technology leadership to resolve them quickly.
Reinforce discipline around change management, ensuring mid-sprint injection of urgent requests is controlled.
Foster continuous improvement by facilitating structured retrospectives that focus on delivery efficiency.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Agile delivery environments
Experience supporting technical or analytics-driven teams
Understanding of regulated operational environments such as insurance or managed claims services
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to operate effectively within matrixed, multi-LOB enterprise structures
