About this role
Role : Midlevel Scrum Master
Location: Dallas, TX & Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 6+ Months
MOI : Telephonic & Webcam
Primary Skills: Agile, Scrum
Need Candidates with a Minimum of 5 to 7 Years of Experience. This is an on-site role on W2.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog
- Track sprint progress using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Promote continuous improvement and team accountability
- Ensure transparency through metrics (velocity, burndown charts)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers
Preferred:
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM)
- Experience working with distributed teams
