About this role

Create and deploy the company’s internal communication strategy to employees
Support the company’s evolution and strategic changes
Help build a company culture based on performance, values and collaboration
Define the internal communication strategy and associated roadmap aligned with the company’s priorities
Bring the company’s culture and employer brand to life through the organization of unifying events
Create multi-format content: visuals, carousels, short videos, interviews, employee profiles, on-the-ground reports, etc.
Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize initiatives

Proven experience in internal communications, community management, corporate communications, or employee experience
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of autonomy in project execution
Strong background in community management
Creative and highly proficient with digital tools, social media and AI (advanced knowledge of Canva and a video editing software required)
Sensitivity to cultural, social and CSR issues
Professional working proficiency in English is required for this role
