Business Unit Leader – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Role Overview

• Overall responsibility for revenue, margin and EBIT of the Business Unit
• Management and supervision of all Business Central projects
• Ensuring delivery quality, adherence to schedules and customer satisfaction
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of consultants, project managers, architects and students
• Capacity and utilization management
• Building resources and skills to reduce external dependencies
• Escalation point for project managers and clients
• Further development of the service portfolio and establishment of scalable structures
• Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
• KPI-based reporting, forecasting and deriving operational measures
• Participation in proposal approvals within the defined authority framework

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Leadership experience with profit and/or divisional responsibility
• Strong understanding of project management, utilization logic and margin mechanics
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making ability
• Confident presence at management and C-level
• Experience in steering committees and escalation management
• Ability to lead and develop cross-site teams
• Very good command of English
