Requirements
Currently enrolled in Business Administration (BWL), Business/Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Law, or a comparable degree program — ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Initial knowledge or strong interest in HR, recruiting, personnel administration, or People & Culture
Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
Very good written and spoken German
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
