Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, you will provide essential support for the deployment and operation of our learning ecosystem:
Support in Structuring the Ecosystem (8 global products) 🛠️ Deployment support: Assist with the operational follow-up of onboarding new Business Units onto our tools.
Learning documentation: Contribute to the creation and updating of user guides, connection diagrams and role/responsibility sheets to make the tool easily accessible.
Community facilitation and user support 🤝 Support for community activities: Co-facilitate workshops or presentations (product demos) to introduce new features to key users.
Requirements
You are a student at an engineering or business school (Master's level, 4th/5th year) seeking a 2-year work-study placement.
You have a strong user orientation, a service mindset and a natural ability to bring together cross-functional teams.
You are recognized for your methodological rigor, autonomy and ability to organize, plan and follow up on concrete actions.
You have excellent writing and synthesis skills, as well as a genuine aptitude for pedagogy when interacting with varied stakeholders.
You are comfortable in English (fluent/professional) for daily spoken and written exchanges with our vendors and international Business Units.
Methodologies & tools: Jira, Google Workspace, ServiceNow (a plus).
