Provide programming support for: Plasma cutting machines
CNC wood routing machines
CNC machining centers
Write, revise, and maintain manufacturing procedures
Research and procure parts, tools, and materials for engineering projects
Support LEAN initiatives, including 5S and Kaizen activities
Design simple production tools, jigs, and assembly fixtures
Assist with new machine introductions and capital expenditure (capex) projects
Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with strong machining process knowledge.
Experience operating or programming CNC equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must be able to stand for extended periods as required by shop-floor activities.
