Support Product Managers in the product's operational activities, such as managing SRs (service requests), coordinating release updates, and maintaining product documentation.
Identify and analyze pain points, needs and opportunities raised by customers and other areas of the company.
Contribute to the product's evolution using product management tools and frameworks.
Participate in discovery processes, organizing information from interviews, analyses and learnings gathered from users and stakeholders.
Consolidate results and insights in product management tools.
Monitor product metrics (e.g., usage, adoption and success metrics).
Document business requirements, product specifications and implementation risks.
Validate implementations carried out by the development team.
Communicate the short-, medium
and long-term product roadmap to internal stakeholders.
Work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

Experience or familiarity with discovery processes and product analysis.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to write user stories and job stories.
Experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with fixed delivery dates.
