Role Overview
- VAT compliance: Preparation of all required source information to enable Service Provider to prepare VAT returns including VAT returns, ECSL, and Intrastat filings.
- VAT account clearings: Execution of VAT account clearings in SAP following the submission of each VAT return.
- SOX controls: Preparation of documentation and supporting files to ensure compliance with SOX controls on a monthly basis.
- BlackLine reconciliations: Preparation of VAT account reconciliations between BlackLine and SAP on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements
- Task-oriented mindset; able to work independently with guidance
- Strong time management; able to follow deadlines
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Finance background
- Interest in working with taxes and related accounting
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
- SAP knowledge/experience
