Managing ongoing business processes from independently drafting credit agreements to arranging collateral
Ongoing administration of existing credit agreements (disbursement process, maturities, interest rate hedging, interest rate extensions, loan repayments)
Making credit decisions for clients with credit volumes up to €2.5 million and independently handling the corresponding engagements
Initiating sales approaches derived from existing customer relationships

Completed banking apprenticeship or a degree in economics/business administration
Deep expertise in banking and lending/credit operations
Ideally, experience in the energy sector
Confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills
Good teamwork and communication skills, proactive attitude, and customer focus
