About this role

Development and implementation of integrated media strategies (including print, TV/CTV/ATV, digital, OOH, social media)
Leadership and management of external media and digital agencies, including contract negotiations
Planning and monitoring of all communications activities: analytical, performance-oriented, target-group focused
Further development and optimization of brand websites (SEO, UX, content), including reporting & analytics
Responsibility for and creative execution of social media presence (including Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Management of digital campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, SEA, etc.) and continuous conversion optimization
Close collaboration with Brand Management, Data Protection, Sales & Business Development

Several years of professional experience in brand communication
Deep understanding of media planning, digital communication and content marketing
Experience in managing complex campaigns and leading agencies
Passion for brands and communication, interest in healthcare topics
Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality and strategic mindset
Very good German and English skills (min. C1)
Willingness to travel (conferences, meetings, etc.) and enjoyment of teamwork in a respectful environment
