Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Platforms, and TikTok
Scale user acquisition while maintaining target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios
Optimize the full conversion funnel from ad engagement to funded wallet
Plan and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging
Monitor campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and AppsFlyer
Develop and manage targeting campaigns to re-engage users
Collaborate closely with Product and Compliance teams to ensure campaign alignment with regulatory requirements
Ensure marketing communications maintain clear, transparent, and compliant financial messaging

4-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets of $20K+ per month
Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
Proven experience marketing regulated financial products
Ability to work effectively within compliance and regulatory review processes for marketing campaigns
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
Deep understanding of diaspora markets or cross-border remittance ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
