About this role
Role Overview
As an Accountant (m/f/d), you will support our clients at various locations in the implementation of projects and operational matters.
Implementation of projects in financial and balance-sheet accounting at client sites.
Support in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under HGB or, where applicable, IFRS and US GAAP.
Optimization and further development of accounting processes.
Subject-matter support for system or process implementations.
Development of innovative ideas and consulting solutions within the team.
Actively shape your own development plan for professional growth in finance and accounting, for example through internal training in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Scrum.
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and/or certified financial/balance-sheet accountant (IHK) or a comparable degree.
At least 2–7 years of professional experience in accounting.
Confident use of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP or DATEV) and good MS Office skills.
Willingness to travel as required in a consulting environment.
Team player with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical abilities.
Fluent German language skills.
High level of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work.
