Work on the analysis, design, and implementation of processes in SAP IS-U.
Gather and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes together with business areas.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams in developing solutions.
Perform system configuration and parameterization according to business needs.
Conduct unit, integration, and UAT tests, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Analyze and resolve complex incidents, identifying root causes and proposing improvements.
Work on implementation projects, roll-outs, and AMS.
Support business areas in evolving billing and metering processes.
Perform integration with related modules and systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced consultants.

Strong experience with SAP IS-U.
Knowledge of end-to-end processes for Meter Reading, Billing, Invoicing, and Bill Print.
Configuration of billing calculation schemes: Rate determination, Operands, Variants, Formulas.
Experience handling reading exceptions, consumption estimates, error analysis and consumption corrections, rebilling, and invoice cancellations.
Experience supporting on-site and field billing.
Experience with integration with Device Management (DM) and legacy metering systems.
Regulatory knowledge of the electric sector, including tariffs, taxes, subsidies, losses, and regulatory indicators.
