About this role

Act as subject matter expert and troubleshoot Salesforce Lightning and Marketing Cloud.
Integrate complex analytical and technical capabilities within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud instance.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and enablement to hand back to functional users.
Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations for operational excellence.

Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (preferred)
Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong comfort level working in Salesforce.
Experience with project management tasks, including requirements documentation, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.

User support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues.
Improve Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards.
Integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows.
Collaboration with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
Ensure data quality across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce.
