About this role
Role Overview
Manage and coordinate International Programs (Producing & Incoming) in close collaboration with Underwriters for Property, Casualty and Financial Lines
Prepare and issue critical documentation including binders, policies, endorsements and certificates to our customers
Develop and instruct master programs with local policies worldwide, providing support on IP master and local details
Ensure accuracy by correctly reflecting terms and conditions of business in our administration systems
Build relationships with local offices, network partners and brokers through regular contact and attendance at customer and broker meetings
Follow up on outstanding information following standard operating procedures for IP
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and continuous improvement of tools and processes
Verify data integrity by compiling, sorting, reviewing and verifying data accuracy, detecting errors, and initiating corrections
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in International Program Business in a similar position in corporate insurance or within an insurance broking organization
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Excellent communication skills (reading, written and verbal) in Portuguese and English
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and manage personal workload effectively
Experience with international insurance markets and regulatory environments is a plus
Knowledge of multiple insurance lines including Property, Casualty and Financial Lines is a plus
Familiarity with insurance administration systems and databases is a plus
Project management experience or certification is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Package, particularly Excel
