About this role
Role Overview
Build and manage own business development pipeline (EMEA, focus on MENA)
Identify and develop market-entry and project opportunities
Co-create offers and proposals with the team
Lead execution of projects brought in or take ownership of
Coordinate between German clients and regional partners
Turn ideas into concrete deliverables (partner lists, pilots, structures)
Requirements
Hands-on experience in business development, sales, or market entry
Comfort in approaching, calling, and building relationships
Good listening skills, quick learner, adaptable
Long-term thinking, outspoken, comfortable sharing opinions
Motivated by partnership logic and connecting Germany and MENA
Fluent in German or Arabic, with very good English.
