Monitor and manage the parameters and configurations of the software components that make up the Credit Card solution.
Contribute to the stability, performance and availability of the staging and production environments.
Provide technical support for the IBM z/OS operating system and mainframe platform utilities.
Perform performance analysis and assist in identifying and resolving technology incidents.
Support system deployment and maintenance activities, including installation of new application versions.
Execute and monitor acceptance tests, contributing to the validation of new features or releases.
Monitor and track technological incidents and failures, ensuring proper handling and follow-up until resolution.
Conduct log analysis and defect investigation in production environments.
Interact with development, production and infrastructure teams to ensure proper functioning of solutions.
Work in accordance with technical standards, operational best practices and information security guidelines for the environment.
Requirements
Experience or knowledge of mainframe environments, especially the IBM z/OS operating system.
Knowledge of application monitoring and performance analysis in enterprise environments.
Experience with incident analysis, troubleshooting and failure investigation.
Familiarity with log analysis and problem identification in production environments.
Knowledge of application deployment and support processes.
Experience with staging and production environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (development, infrastructure and production).
Strong analytical skills, organization and attention to detail.
