Plan and schedule production, ensuring alignment between commercial demand and the unit's production capacity;
Monitor and control inventories of finished goods and items held in storage, ensuring adequate levels to meet demand;
Update, track, and analyze the unit's outbound KPIs, supporting operational decision-making;
Control the flow of loading and shipping operations, ensuring organization and compliance with shipping deadlines;
Act as an interface between logistics, production, and commercial teams, aligning priorities and operational requirements;
Monitor billing processes and cargo release, ensuring shipments occur as planned;
Perform the unit's monthly inventory, analyze stock discrepancies, and support the implementation of corrective actions;
Participate in the unit's strategic meetings and forums, contributing to results analysis and resolution of operational issues.

Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Advanced/intermediate Excel skills;
Basic knowledge of PCP (Production Planning and Control);
Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping/dispatch;
Experience with ERP/SAP is desirable
