Serve as the technical reference for the Elastic Stack, ensuring platform support and ongoing evolution.
Implement and configure Elastic APM, and manage log and metrics ingestion (Beats, Logstash, pipelines).
Design index modeling, ILM, and data retention policies to ensure performance and governance.
Create technical and executive dashboards in Kibana, translating data into strategic insights.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of application performance, infrastructure, and Elastic clusters.
Support integrations with Kubernetes, virtualized environments, and cloud platforms.
Provide technical support in environments using Dynatrace.

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields).
Strong knowledge of the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats).
Experience with index modeling and management.
Experience with Elastic APM, including deployment and tuning.
Knowledge of ILM (Index Lifecycle Management).
Experience with Query DSL and KQL for querying and data analysis.
Ability to perform troubleshooting on Elastic clusters.
Experience with Ingest Pipelines.
Experience in high-criticality corporate environments, with a focus on stability, performance, and availability.
