Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Training Metrics Reports.
Provide project coordination support to federal leadership/project managers and the GDIT team to ensure that contracts are well organized and running smoothly, including coordinating information and deadlines across projects, managing document repositories, assist in developing project artifacts, and being a trusted resource to the GDIT team.
Provide program set-up support within multiple Information technology systems.
Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirement.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications.
Extracts or compiles data from supporting management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Extensive understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, process, and policies.
Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools.
Attention to detail and ability to organize and track resource training certificates for program metric reporting to the government client.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.
