Provide customer support primarily through chat (with occasional email or calls if needed)
Guide users step-by-step on how to use the platform
Answer questions and troubleshoot common issues
Explain features clearly and in simple terms
Escalate more complex issues when needed
Requirements
2+ years of customer support or BPO experience
Experience supporting English-speaking customers
Phone support experience is required — this role needs confident, polished spoken English with clients, and phone experience shows you've communicated directly with clients by voice, not only through chat or email
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required — you should be comfortable speaking directly with clients when needed
Comfortable learning new systems quickly
Able to explain things in a simple, step-by-step way
