Drive new business growth across Europe and the Middle East by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within retail and wholesale segments
Develop and execute a structured territory plan to expand oneZero’s footprint
Build and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline within CRM
Engage senior decision makers across brokers, liquidity providers, and institutional participants
Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, structuring, and contract discussions
Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful go live
Provide structured market feedback to senior leadership to inform product development
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in B2B sales within FX, CFD, fintech, or trading technology
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Strong understanding of trading infrastructure, financial markets, and order execution workflows
Highly commercial, results-driven mindset
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
