About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
Develop and deliver a clear territory plan based on customer insight and local needs.
Share accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
Record and report activity and outcomes reliably using company systems.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages commonly used in Rishikesh.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Right to work in India.
