Cloudcat Recruitment is a high-growth, fully remote SaaS company seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth. The role involves prospecting and qualifying opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and collaborating with account executives to build strategic account plans.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound opportunities within your assigned enterprise territories and named accounts
- Use a combination of LinkedIn, email sequencing, cold calling, and personalized outreach to secure high-quality meetings with VP and C‑level stakeholders
- Build deep understanding of target accounts, identifying business initiatives, key challenges, and potential use cases for the company’s solution
- Craft tailored messaging and outreach strategies aligned with industry trends and enterprise buyer priorities
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to build strategic account plans and guide opportunities through early-stage pipeline
- Maintain and update CRM activity accurately while tracking engagement metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline influence
- Partner with Marketing and RevOps to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and process efficiency
- Represent the brand in a professional, consultative manner—building trust and thought leadership in every interaction
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in outbound prospecting (ideally within SaaS or technology sales), targeting Enterprise or upper mid-market accounts
- Proven success generating pipeline through strategic, multi-channel outreach
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging senior executives
- Familiarity with enterprise buying committees, discovery frameworks, and account-based selling tactics
- Skilled at using modern go-to-market tech (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.)
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment
