Advising companies on the introduction and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket.
Developing tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept to implementation.
Conducting engaging workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for Atlassian tools and agile methods.
Analyzing complex requirements and producing concepts that deliver real added value.
Supporting migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integrating solutions into existing IT landscapes.
Collaborating with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and best practices.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ideally also Bitbucket, Bamboo).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management.
Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a process-oriented way of working.
Excellent German and very good English skills.
Atlassian certification or interest in obtaining one.
