Coordination in planning of special events, including ordering, follow up, shipping & tracking for all events, along with hosting and follow up for associated events.
Work closely with field personnel to identify opportunity and implement solutions required for continued growth.
Oversee and manage the team to ensure event expenses, forecasting, budgeting, legal and process best practices are always adhered to.
Communicate the current successes and opportunities back to corporate leadership and partners as well as the regional and business unit sales and marketing leadership.
Support the development of lead and package strategies to provide the program with the best quality of leads through various lead generation efforts while maintaining the profitability of the tour.
Support the development of owner and prospect communication strategies and implementation.
Responsible for day to day management of the program’s expenses and ensuring the costs are kept down while the tour expectations are always met or exceeded.
Travel will absolutely be required in this position and is essential to success. Field presence will be 50% of the time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
Should be able to communicate the insight and ideas effectively
Ability to effectively communicate and partner with management and peers
Ability to work cross-functionally and implement projects without direct reporting control
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Marketing manager experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Understanding of sales and marketing practices in vacation ownership, preferred
3+ years experience in broad-based relationship management or account executive role, or related experience
