About this role
Role Overview
Play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring all enquiries are handled with efficiency and professionalism.
Manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries and facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions.
Work closely with key stakeholders within the business, including our Financial Planners, supporting the arrangement of annual client review meetings and supporting various projects.
Requirements
Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage
A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience
An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner
Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
